We strive to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible. Below you'll find complete information regarding our shipping process and terms and conditions.

Processing and Shipping

We do our utmost to process and ship orders within one business day (Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM, excluding holidays and sale periods). We are known for our fast delivery and are committed to maintaining this level of service.

Please note: During the launch of new collections or busy periods such as sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to an increased number of orders.

If you ordered a pre-order item in combination with regular items, the entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is available. The shipment will not be split.

Shipping costs for returns

If an order was initially eligible for free shipping but falls below the minimum order amount (e.g. €100) after being returned, standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount .

Shipping locations

We offer worldwide shipping, except for Israel .

Address changes and Track & Trace

Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel it or add items to it . We will immediately begin processing the order and hand it over to the carrier as soon as possible.

After shipping you will receive a Track & Trace code by email , with which you can track your package.
