Our return policy offers you to return your ENTI items within 14 days if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return if:

Items have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
The original hangtag is missing.
Items have strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
Items are returned without all original packaging
Items are returned outside the specified return period.

Always check your item for any stains or production faults before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made.

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Carefully package the items you're returning.
Europe: Use the return label provided through our return portal
Outside Europe: Create your own shipping label with a carrier of your choice.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. If we didn’t received your return, we unfortunately can’t process it.

Once we receive your return, our quality control department will check your item and starts the process of your return, which may take 14 business days. If you don't receive your refund within 14 business days, contact us at info@byenti.com
