You always have the option to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. Make sure to return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Add this Returnform with your personal information and the ordernumber to your returnorder. Keep your return receipt until we have processed it. The shipping cost for the return are for the customer.
PAY ATTENTION! Don’t try the items, with make up on. Items that have make up stains, will not be accepted.
Send us an e-mail to email@example.com with the items you want to return and your ordernumber, you don’t need to wait for our confirmation. (Without an e-mail we can’t process your order)

Return processing takes a maximum of 14 days after we received the return order.
When the return has been processed (don’t forget to put your name and the ordernumber on the package), the purchase amount will be refunded.
